About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Maintenance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, providing an exceptional experience for our members and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, and operating floor scrubbers.
  • Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, while following company procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility.
  • Perform routine safety sweeps and report any unsafe situations to management.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Work Environment

This role is based in Phoenix, AZ, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in physically demanding environments.
