Job Summary

This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and understanding.
  • Administrative Support: Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
  • Data Management: Accurately update patient records, verify insurance information, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient data.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with front office, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a medical office or similar setting, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and office procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
