Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Masonic Pathways Senior Living Services. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and treating patients with respiratory illnesses or declines in baseline health.

• Assess and monitor patients with respiratory illnesses or declines in baseline health
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate continuity of care
• Communicate effectively with nurses and physicians about patient conditions and diagnostic results
• Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds on ventilator, tracheostomy, and other respiratory patients
• Provide education on ventilator management, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilator weaning
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and staff concerns

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with an Associate's degree
• Advanced level accreditation (RRT) through the National Board of Respiratory Care preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Care/Emergency Care/Ventilator management
• Prior experience in organizing and providing education
• Prior experience working with protocols
