We are seeking a Municipal Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Water and Wastewater systems.

Roberts Engineering Group, LLC is expanding its team and is in search of a qualified Municipal Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to our Municipal and Land Development Engineering divisions.

Our firm is recognized for its excellence, equipped with cutting-edge facilities and a diverse range of projects.

Roberts Engineering Group, LLC has successfully designed water and wastewater treatment facilities, sustainable stormwater management systems, stormwater collection enhancements, utility infrastructure, roadways, streetscapes, and both residential and commercial land development initiatives.

We collaborate with various municipalities across Central, Southern, and Northern New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as project manager and designer for municipal and land development initiatives.
Produce design drawings and specifications.
Oversee all facets of the project including design, surveying, permitting, construction oversight, scheduling, etc.
Manage and prepare project budgets and cost control at both project and organizational levels.
Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline. PE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering services, particularly with municipalities and county programs in the NY/NJ/PA region.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
Project management experience.
Background in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance.
Practical understanding and experience with local public contracts law, permitting processes, and the advertising/bid procedures.
