  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software.
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and knowledge of safety management principles.
  • Proven budgeting and scheduling management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
  • PMP or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
