Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Carwash/Gas Attendant to join our team at Walmart. As a Carwash/Gas Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating gas pumps and car wash equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate gas pumps and car wash equipment, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining equipment in good working order.
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by cleaning the car wash and gas station area, restocking supplies, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and provide product information and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
