Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Equipment Operation: Operate large powered machinery and equipment, such as saws, drills, grinders, blowtorches, pressure cleaners, jackhammers, and power tools.
- Construction-Related Equipment: Operate construction-related equipment, including driving trucks or forklifts/manlifts.
- Quality Control: Demonstrate consistency in quality of work in tank installations, lifts, generators, pumps, garage door repairs, and lube services equipment.
- Multi-Tasking and Organization: Multi-task and have strong organizational skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Safety and Compliance: Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience in general maintenance repairs.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Physical Requirements: Able to work in all types of weather, have full body mobility, able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
