Job Title: General Cleaner

At Diversified Maintenance, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep and/or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain security and safety.
  • Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a clutter-free environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
