Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Attorney who is passionate about making a difference in employment law. Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation case load and provide exceptional legal services to clients.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to complex employment law issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest employment law developments and best practices.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's culture and values.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school and eligible for admission to the bar in the State of Minnesota.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in litigation, preferably in employment law.
- Strong technological and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to be compassionate, a willingness to embrace challenge, and a strong sense of self-direction, team-orientation, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
