About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician II to join our team at Plexus Corp. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute manufacturing solutions that meet customer requirements and are cost-effective.
  • Provide high-quality services and support to direct production line operators.
  • Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
  • Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of how to support full Plexus manufacturing processes, product requirements, and specifications.
  • Successfully execute responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree or completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science.
  • Minimum one year of related experience is required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
