Job Summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team in Hinton, OK. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting agricultural inputs to customer sites, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Responsibilities
  • Prepare trucks for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening large nuts, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
  • Load and unload agricultural inputs from trucks using heavy or light-duty machinery/equipment.
  • Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks, inspecting equipment regularly.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory quality, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Deliver products to customer sites, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, including snow removal, and warehouse work, including forklift operation.
  • Report customer complaints, repair/maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture, following all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
  • Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Maintain or obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends to meet business demands.
