  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required in designated departments.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

  • Medium-Heavy physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds and frequent standing and walking.
  • Exposure to bio-hazardous waste, chemicals, and other environmental hazards.
