Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and management of the hospital's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including the business office, revenue cycle, and finance departments.
- Collaborate with the hospital's management team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of hospital financial management experience, with a strong background in leadership, analytical, and computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- CPA certification and experience with financial software systems, such as Epic or Cerner, are highly desirable.
