Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Marotta Controls is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team of world-class engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electronic control systems for aerospace and military applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a thorough understanding of customer requirements
  • Designing and analyzing electronic control units to meet performance, EMI, reliability, and cost targets
  • Interfacing with project teams and customers
  • Generating and reviewing technical specifications and reports
  • Mentoring junior electrical engineers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience designing electrical circuits in aerospace
  • New product development experience in aerospace/military industry
  • Ability to effectively communicate, plan, and organize work
  • Experience with electric motor drives preferred
  • Strong documentation and writing skills
  • Ability to work closely with a team of engineers and technicians
Work Environment:

This role will interact in a professional office environment and a manufacturing/machine shop environment. The successful candidate will use standard office equipment and environments inclusive of appropriate eye, hearing, and foot protection.
