About the Role

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Job Summary

This is a part-time, 20-hour per week position that requires the ability to perform diagnostic radiological procedures, utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing diagnostic radiological procedures, including routine, emergent, portable, surgical, and fluoroscopic examinations.
  • Image processing, including understanding and using the current RIS and PACS system.
  • Patient registration and scheduling, as well as restocking supplies and cleaning.
  • Participating in an on-call or standby schedule as required.
Requirements
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (Washington) or Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist License (Oregon).
  • Basic Life Support certification within 1 month of hire.
  • Radiologic Technologist Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience performing general radiographic exams using digital equipment within the last three years.
  • Organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, planning, and attention to detail.
