POSITION SUMMARY:
The role involves delivering direct security services and related public assistance.
Compensation: $18.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors upon arrival.
- Verify guest identities.
- Serve as a primary contact for individuals seeking assistance or information.
- Understand and address residents' needs by offering tailored recommendations for activities and amenities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the facility and surrounding area to provide informed suggestions.
- Coordinate events, outings, and transportation as requested by residents.
- Assist with the procurement of exclusive offerings.
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and message distribution.
- Handle resident mail in accordance with organizational policies.
- Safeguard and manage building keys following established protocols.
- Address complaints and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in building management systems.
- Provide support to individuals in need.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Secure all access points after operational hours.
- Monitor surveillance systems to detect any disturbances or unlawful activities.
- Investigate suspicious behavior.
- Respond to alarms by assessing and managing the situation.
- Document daily activities and significant incidents with accuracy.
- Assist the Operations Manager with additional tasks as required.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications.
- Strong visual acuity, including color and depth perception.
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 80 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and compliance with driving guidelines if applicable.
