Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective production schedules to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
  • Train and mentor food service staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean food service environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that all food items are stored and handled properly.
  • Collaborate with the food service director to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the food service director.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
