Job Summary:
Physicians Dialysis seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care and lead a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Initiate emergency resuscitative measures as needed.

Requirements:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the State Board of Nursing.
  • BLS Provider certification.
  • One year of professional experience as an RN.
  • Previous experience in substance abuse treatment and/or primary care is preferred.
