KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise the overall construction efforts to guarantee adherence to project specifications, financial plans, and scheduled timelines. Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and sequence construction activities, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for upcoming tasks. Communicate effectively with team members regarding priorities and schedules.
  • Select appropriate materials that meet project specifications and comply with relevant building codes.
  • Assign tasks to team members, providing clear instructions and monitoring the execution of work to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct inspections of work performed by staff and subcontractors to verify adherence to specifications.
  • Train new employees on equipment usage, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of time and materials, completing necessary documentation for clients.
  • Keep precise time sheets and daily reports to track project progress.
  • Communicate potential issues or scheduling conflicts to project management and assist in resolving these challenges.
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Care for and maintain company equipment properly.
  • Foster a cooperative and respectful work atmosphere among team members.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project goals.
