Job Summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6 with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards.
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training).
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
