Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Envelope Adjuster to join our team at Digital Room LLC.

Shift Details:
2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the IMS program to identify priority tasks and organize daily workload.
  • Set up and calibrate envelope folding machinery to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Oversee the start-up, operation, and adjustments of machinery, maintaining precise parameters, performing maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and cleaning equipment.
  • Implement necessary size modifications and adjustments on all assigned machines according to estimated change times; document any work order delays.
  • Continuously monitor machine performance and operator efficiency to meet quality and speed standards.
  • Accurately complete the daily production report.
  • Log production and operational data in the IMS system, including entering completed jobs.
  • Immediately report any workplace hazards to management.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are in optimal condition and free from safety risks.
  • Be available for required overtime based on operational needs.
  • Proactively complete additional tasks as assigned.
