Role Summary:

The Customer Service Associate is essential in delivering outstanding service to our clientele. This position requires a commitment to ensuring every customer interaction is positive and fulfilling, regardless of the station being managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Station: Welcome customers and assist them in selecting their preferred wash options while informing them of any ongoing promotions or membership benefits.
  • Loading Station: Safely guide customers onto the conveyor track and provide clear instructions for the car wash process.
  • Office Station: Navigate the point-of-sale system efficiently to assist customers promptly and monitor the wash queue for optimal service delivery.
  • Vacuum and Parking Area: Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot and vacuum stations, ensuring trash is disposed of properly and equipment is functioning correctly.

Daily Duties:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facilities and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Adhere to daily and nightly operational checklists.
  • Understand and implement safety protocols.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Positive demeanor.
  • Ability to learn quickly.

Position Availability: Full-time

Work Schedule: Saturday through Tuesday

Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to assist customers quickly, including jogging or running as needed.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull weights of 25 lbs or more.

Qualifications:

  • Enjoyment of working with people.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Friendly and courteous attitude.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
