Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team at VCA Findlay Animal Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our AAHA-accredited hospital.
Responsibilities:- Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and surgical preparation
- Provide compassionate care for hospitalized patients, including venipuncture, catheter placement, and patient recovery
- Conduct in-house labwork, including blood draws and sample analysis
- Collaborate with veterinarians and other team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide education on preventative care and animal health
