Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team in a center-based setting. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide 1-1 specialized treatment to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect data to monitor progress and report to supervisors
  • Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
