About the Role:

  • Consult and coordinate care with other providers involved in the patient's care, including LCHC providers, PCPs, and external agencies.
  • Offer crisis management services as needed, with high-risk situations reviewed with the supervisor in real-time.
  • Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social diagnostic evaluations with patients.
  • Create patient-centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, and assess patients' ongoing clinical needs and progress.
  • Qualify for Continued Medical Education (CME) reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Practicum and internship experience in diagnosing and treating mentally ill patients with a wide spectrum of illnesses and symptoms.
  • Practicum and internship experience consulting and collaborating with agencies providing care for mentally ill patients.
  • Clinical license as a LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, Psy.D., or Ph.D.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, with commensurate practicum and internship experience focused on clinical mental health practice.
  • Quality training in psychotherapeutic techniques.
