Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct recreational and cultural activities for seniors
- Coordinate trips, group activities, workshops, and special events
- Coordinate volunteer activities, including recruitment, screening, training, and supervision
- Develop and implement new program activities and outreach events
- Conduct assessments for Case Management and Case Assistance and perform timely referrals
- Oversee Telephone Reassurance Program and Friendly Visiting Program
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social services or related field
- Bilingual in Chinese and English required
