The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Verifying the accuracy of contract documents, including finance and title documents, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and title requirements.
  • Auditing documents for compliance to standards for recording of documents in public records, maintaining organized and detailed support documentation and filing for title related functions, tracking the flow of all title documents, including mortgages, deeds, satisfactions, and reconveyances.
  • Ensuring financial documents are complete and accurately filed and ready for funding.
  • Coordinating corrections, adjustments, and modifications to contract documentation.
  • Assisting with review, audit, and mail-out of title policies for all developer and fee-for-service sales.
  • Connecting with title companies when necessary to record sales, conducting title searches via the internet and title software.
  • Assisting internal and external customers as needed to process developer sales.
  • Escrow-related functions as needed to align with regulatory requirements and as needed by Manager or other internal customer.
  • Tracking all problem recordings and attempting to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in the training of team members when needed.
  • Cross-training with resale title and auditing teams to provide support.
  • Participating on special assigned projects.
  • Acting as a back-up for other departmental functions.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma
  • Professional office experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Prior experience in timeshare operations, notary public status, Microsoft Access database experience, and familiarity with timeshare closing documents would be advantageous in this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
