  • Project Execution: Ensure project design and execution adhere to scope-of-work documentation and industry standards.
  • Customer Management: Foster effective communication with customer representatives, providing regular project status updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Cost Management: Exercise vigilant cost control and management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Culture Development: Cultivate a culture of professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction within the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews and propose recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support: Support the Project Management team as required, contributing to collective success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and a natural inclination for taking charge.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing projects in manufacturing or construction environments, understanding of automated process equipment and controls, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and working knowledge of industrial contracts and specifications.
