As a Retail Operations Leader, you will:

  • Oversee store operations to ensure outstanding guest service.
  • Create a vibrant and interactive store atmosphere that enhances guest engagement and drives sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with company policies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store associates, while planning for future staffing needs.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your team.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies as directed by the Asset Management Department.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications:

We seek energetic, creative individuals with strong leadership abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for merchandise presentation.

- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
