Radiologic Technologist Specialist Procedures

As a Radiologic Technologist Specialist Procedures at Erlanger Health System, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring high-quality images are captured. This is a full-time, regular, non-exempt position with standard hours of 37.5 per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners and radiographic equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Ensure high-quality images are captured, including adjusting equipment settings and repositioning patients as needed
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field
- Current certification as a radiologic technologist
- 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
