We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk and Receptionist. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operations in both the front office and behind the scenes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents promptly.
    • Collaborate with the Controller team for month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Receptionist Duties:
    • Welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the right person or department.
    • Answer and screen incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage the company's main email account.
    • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments or meetings.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
    • Help with special projects as assigned.
    • Collaborate with the team to improve day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or office administration is a plus.
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changes.
