Role Overview: Lube & Tire Technician

As a Lube & Tire Technician, you will have the opportunity to exceed the routine responsibilities and truly excel in your role. You will engage with drivers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their travel experience.

Our technicians operate in a dynamic environment, responsible for servicing semi-trucks and commercial vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

No Prior Experience Required

We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale, removal, and installation of tires for commercial vehicles.
  • Conduct routine oil and lubrication services on commercial vehicles.
  • Assist customers with roadside assistance.
  • Maintain the store facility, including equipment repair and general housekeeping.
  • Exhibit mechanical aptitude.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs while working in confined spaces.
  • Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, adhering to company safety protocols.

Typical Physical Requirements:

  • Regular communication and listening skills.
  • Frequent standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

In this role, you may encounter outdoor elements throughout the seasons. There may also be exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The noise level can be elevated at times, and you may come into contact with dirt, dust, grease, oil, and various cleaning solutions.
