What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen work experience (at least 6 months)
  • A sanitation certificate from the local Health Department

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tableware for washing
  • Collecting and washing soiled pots, and restacking them on shelves
  • Removing garbage and refuse
  • Mopping and sweeping floors
  • Cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment
  • Maintaining and distributing company assets
  • Setting up the dishwashing machine
  • Stacking and storing clean dishes in the kitchen
