Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between IT and the business to elicit, document, analyze, and validate requirements for new systems and enhancements of existing systems.
- Analyze business processes and problems to be solved with automated systems, identifying gaps and providing expertise in business requirements for system specifications.
- Define scope and business priorities for small-scale changes and assist in larger-scale scoping exercises, eliciting and discovering requirements from operational management and other stakeholders.
- Specify and document business requirements, ensuring traceability back to source, and analyze them for adherence to business objectives and consistency.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and respond to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfillment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, management, or other related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically two or more years of experience in a related field, with preferred experience in or knowledge of specific lines of business and/or IT environments.
- Working knowledge of business analysis frameworks.
- Intermediate knowledge of discovery techniques and requirements definition.
- Intermediate knowledge of requirements documentation.
- Working knowledge of business solutions, services, and databases.
- Working knowledge of customer service management.
- Working knowledge of change management, including opportunity and benefits recognition.
- Cognitive abilities, including adherence to set response times, deadlines, and time-sensitive tasks, and ability to follow accuracy standards.
- Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively within a team environment, communicate and problem-solve under stress, and respond and adapt to frequent change.
- Ability to adhere to pre-established schedules, work long hours, and work a variable schedule.
The compensation range for this position is $72,000 to $121,500.00, with actual total compensation, including a performance-based incentive bonus, commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity.
