Dispensary Associate

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients
• Offer product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with returns and exchanges according to company policy
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV)
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
