At Trulieve, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our retail team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, educating patients about our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist patients in selecting the right products for their needs, providing education and guidance on our products and their benefits.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Trulieve's high standards for cleanliness and customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
