- Respond to phone inquiries and emails promptly.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain patient records efficiently.
- Verify insurance details and process co-payments.
- Assist patients during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide translation services for patients who speak different languages as required.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all information while supporting patients' privacy, rights, and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
