KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads maintenance teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient completion of work orders.
  • Maintains accurate records of materials and supplies utilized in maintenance tasks.

  • Trains staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  • Acts as a supervisor in the absence of the Maintenance Manager, ensuring continuity of operations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in maintenance or construction-related fields. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Completion of 100 hours of approved maintenance continuing education.
  • Certification in a major skill area such as HVAC, plumbing, or welding.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
