  • Assist in resolving issues escalated by other category buyers and junior team members.
  • Implement strategic sourcing practices for designated commodities.
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, providing support as necessary.
  • Manage supplier-related commercial matters.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements with legal assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in indirect procurement, particularly in areas such as IT, professional services, logistics, and packaging.
  • Strong background in negotiation, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and travel as required.
