About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Achieving True Self. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families, providing personalized behavior support services in homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support our young clients
  • Collect data and record in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
  • Guide and support families and caregivers to implement new skills
  • Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs
