Key Responsibilities:

The Policy and Procedure Specialist will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures across all departments, ensuring alignment with established standards, guidelines, and operational processes.

  • Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to develop and sustain a comprehensive policy and procedure manual for various business functions.
  • Continuously research and gather insights to enhance existing policies and procedures, applying best practices to refine operational processes.
  • Work closely with corporate operational teams to support branch operations as required.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships across all disciplines to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • PPA Technical Writer certification is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution is essential.
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Technical Writing or Communications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with banking regulatory policies is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate activities across multiple groups and departments, with a strong understanding of compliance with departmental, banking, and regulatory policies.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.
