Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Borgess Allegan. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
Requirements
  • Maintain current Michigan license to practice as a registered nurse.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required, or within 6 months of hire, if applicable.
  • Certification in area of expertise preferred.
