Luxury Suite Waitstaff

Salary: $15 per hour plus Service Charges

The Stadium Corporation operates Finley Stadium Davenport Field, the First Horizon Pavilion, and the surrounding area. This venue hosts a variety of events, welcoming over 500,000 visitors annually, including sports games and concerts.

Under the supervision of the Guest Experience Manager, the Luxury Suite Waitstaff is tasked with providing exceptional service to guests in premium suites. This role involves preparing suites for food and beverage service, taking orders, and ensuring a polished and professional atmosphere.

• Assist in the setup of food service areas within designated suites based on pre-orders.
• Ensure all suites are properly arranged before events, following management directives.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Enforce safe alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Supervise beverage service, including verifying guest identification for alcohol purchases.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards, fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to additional requests promptly.
• Identify and manage guests who may be over-intoxicated.
• Execute closing procedures for suites, including financial reconciliations and ensuring cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid alcohol service permit as required by state regulations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Safe Serve certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
