About the Role

LHC Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Danville, Kentucky. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve and enhance patient well-being.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
Required Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of Kentucky.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
