Salary: The base pay for this position is $18.40/hour. As a Package Delivery Assistant, you can expect a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.

Job Description: As a Package Delivery Assistant, you will ride along with a Package Delivery Driver in our famous brown trucks and help get packages of all shapes and sizes exactly where they need to be. This is a physically demanding role that requires flexibility and stamina, as you will be working in various environments and making multiple deliveries on a pre-assigned delivery route.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Package Delivery Drivers in making deliveries and pickups
  • Work together with drivers to navigate through busy streets and locations
  • Lift packages up to 70 lbs and maneuver them into tight spaces
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Enjoy working outside and in various environments
  • Stamina and physical endurance to keep up with the demands of the job
  • A legal right to work in the U.S.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to focus on tasks at hand
  • Reliability and responsibility in meeting deadlines and commitments
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with the company
