Storage Rentals of America is looking for an exceptional Associate Property Manager to drive sales growth and provide top-notch customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple properties, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Help customers understand our products and services, follow up with potential customers, and execute lease agreements when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience for our customers.
  • Property Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean storage units, maintain the property, and ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage office activities, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the storage rental industry or customer service management.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk the property regularly.
