About the Role

Tele Specialists LLC is seeking a skilled Credentialing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff services team, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and monitoring the credentialing process for our providers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing national telemedicine company that provides emergent and routine neurology and psychiatry services in over 300 hospitals across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the credentialing team, ensuring timely processing of initial credentialing and reappointments.
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards to promote compliance, process enhancement, and efficiency.
  • Track the credentialing process to identify areas for improvement and ensure departmental targets are met.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and ensure the success of the team.
  • Provide leadership team with reports regarding department performance and status of providers' files.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive orientation to support the success of our operations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work successfully across diverse teams.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing priorities and projects.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use new technologies.
  • Experience or familiarity with credentialing accreditation by Joint Commission or National Committee for Quality Assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-10 years of credentialing experience and/or healthcare leadership.
