About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ayurvedic Advanced Practitioner to join our team at AyurPrana LLC. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited Ayurvedic program and several years of experience in practicing Ayurveda. They should be proficient in conducting consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and working with clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients, assess their needs, and create personalized treatment plans
  • Develop and implement Panchakarma programs, guide clients through the process, and provide follow-up support
  • Craft SoHum Healing journeys, work with senior practitioners, and facilitate client education
  • Support entry-level Ayurvedic Practitioners, provide guidance and mentorship, and help them develop their skills
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote Ayurvedic products and services
Requirements
  • Graduate degree from an accredited Ayurvedic program (ASP2 or AD level)
  • Several years of experience in practicing Ayurveda, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
  • Proficiency in ASP 2-level material, technology competency in Microsoft Office, and ability to manage electronic health records
  • Strong desire for wellness and healing, with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and remain calm under pressure
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
