Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Spaulding Rehabilitation, a leading provider of rehabilitation services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing.
- Utilize appropriate clinical skills to integrate and implement the nursing process with the plan of care.
- Function as a clinical resource for the patient, consistently providing direction and support to ensure a focus on the team goals and patient-driven outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate is required.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
Work Environment:
The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
The Registered Nurse will be required to stand, walk, and use their hands to perform various tasks. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 10 pounds is also required.
