New Hope Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled LVN/LPN to join our healthcare team in a part-time capacity. As a nursing care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the total nursing activities during each shift.
  • Provide comprehensive care to residents in your assigned unit, recognizing significant changes in their condition and taking necessary action.
  • Ensure that the comprehensive care plan is followed to meet the resident's needs according to generally accepted nursing practices.
  • Recommend changes as needed in staff to optimize care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of vocational or professional nursing.
  • Current state license as a vocational or registered nurse.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of facility policies and procedures, as well as generally accepted nursing practices in the State of Texas.
